QALQONSIMON BEZ PATOLOGIYASI BO‘LGAN AYOLLARDA MINERAL ALMASHINUV BUZILISHLARI VA OSTEOPOROZ XAVFI

Qalqonsimon bez kasalliklari reproduktiv yoshdagi ayollar orasida keng tarqalgan endokrin patologiyalardan biri hisoblanadi. Gipotireoz va strumektomiyadan keyingi holatlarda kalsiy-fosfor almashinuvi, D vitamini metabolizmi hamda suyak remodellanish jarayonlarida muhim o‘zgarishlar kuzatiladi. Bu esa osteopeniya va osteoporoz rivojlanish xavfini oshiradi. Maqsad: gipotireoz va strumektomiyadan keyingi ayollarda suyak to‘qimasi holati, mineral almashinuv ko‘rsatkichlari hamda gormonal osteoporoz rivojlanish xususiyatlarini baholash. Material va usullar: tadqiqotga reproduktiv va perimenopauza yoshidagi gipotireoz hamda strumektomiyadan keyingi bemorlar jalb qilindi. Barcha ayollarda kalsiy, fosfor, D vitamini, paratgormon, tireotrop gormon (TTG) va erkin T4 ko‘rsatkichlari aniqlandi. Suyak mineral zichligi densitometriya usuli yordamida baholandi. Natijalar: gipotireoz va strumektomiyadan keyingi bemorlarda D vitamini tanqisligi, kalsiy miqdorining pasayishi hamda paratgormon darajasining oshishi kuzatildi. Densitometriya natijalari osteopeniya va osteoporoz uchrash chastotasi yuqori ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. Suyak mineral zichligi ko‘rsatkichlari TTG darajasi va D vitamini konsentratsiyasi bilan korrelyatsion bog‘liqlikka ega bo‘ldi. Xulosa: gipotireoz va strumektomiyadan keyingi ayollarda gormonal osteoporoz rivojlanish xavfi yuqori bo‘lib, kalsiy-fosfor almashinuvi hamda D vitamini holatini muntazam nazorat qilish zarur hisoblanadi
