Oʻsmirlik davrida yara kasalligining zoʻrayishlari parhez rejimi va uyqu tartibi bilan qanday bogʻlanishi klinik amaliyotda yetarlicha aniq tavsiflanmagan; tadqiqotning maqsadi ushbu omillarning klinik kechishdagi oʻrnini baholashdan iborat boʻldi. Kuzatuv asosidagi klinik tadqiqot 12–17 yoshdagi 60 nafar bemorni qamrab oldi: nisbatan sogʻlom ovqatlanish va muntazam turmush tarzi guruhi 30 nafar, notoʻgʻri ovqatlanish va nosogʻlom turmush tarzi guruhi 30 nafar. Ishtirokchilarning 34 nafari (56,7 %) oʻgʻil bolalar, 26 nafari (43,3 %) qizlar edi; oʻrtacha yosh M = 14,5, SD = 1,6, oraliq 12–17 yilni tashkil etdi. Uzunlamasına panel tadqiqoti va aralash taʼsirlar chiziqli modeli yordamida klinik belgilar dinamikasi hamda olti oylik zoʻrayishlar chastotasi tahlil qilindi. Barcha bemorlarda zoʻrayishlar soni M = 1,8, SD = 1,1, oraliq 0–4 marta boʻldi; nosogʻlom guruhda chastota 2,4 marta/6 oyga yetib, nisbiy farq 50 % ni tashkil etdi. Ovqatlanish tartibi uchun β = −0,84, standart xato = 0,19, p = 0,001; uyqu davomiyligi uchun β = −0,57, standart xato = 0,16, p = 0,001; nosogʻlom turmush tarzi uchun β = 1,31, standart xato = 0,28, p = 0,001 qayd etildi. Natijalar parhez, uyqu va dori davosini birlashtirgan individual pediatrik koʻrsatmalarni asoslashga xizmat qiladi. Mazkur hissa oʻsmirlarda klinik kuzatuvni turmush tarzi omillari bilan bogʻlaydigan amaliy modelni taklif etishdan iborat
