Abstract

Maqsad. Lipoprotein(a) [Lp(a)] biologiyasi, genetik determinatsiyasi va klinik ahamiyati bo‘yicha zamonaviy ma‘lumotlarni umumlashtirish, uning 2-tip qandli diabet (QD2) va semirish bilan bog‘liqligiga urg‘u berilgan holda, shuningdek etnik o‘zbeklarda Lp(a) ni o‘rganishning dolzarbligini asoslash.
Materiallar va usullar. Ushbu mavzu bo‘yicha PubMed, Google Scholar ma‘lumotlar bazalari, shuningdek «Cardiology of Uzbekistan» jurnali va unga yaqin nashrlardagi maqolalar asosida adabiyotlar sharhi o‘tkazildi.
Natijalar. Lp(a) — genetik jihatdan determinlangan, mustaqil va sabab bo‘luvchi ateroskleroz kardiovaskulyar kasallik xavf omili hisoblanadi. Uning QD2 bilan bog‘liqligi noaniq, qisman paradoksal xarakterga ega: Lp(a) ning past konsentratsiyasi QD2 rivojlanish xavfining oshishi bilan bog‘liq, holbuki yuqori konsentratsiyalar allaqachon diabetga chalingan bemorlarda kardiovaskulyar xavfga mustaqil hissa qo‘shishda davom etadi. Lp(a) tarqalishi va uning kardiometabolik omillar bilan aloqadorligi etnik guruhlar o‘rtasida sezilarli farq qiladi, bu esa populyatsion chegara qiymatlarni universal bo‘lishini istisno etadi. O‘zbekistonda bunday tadqiqotlar hozirgacha o‘tkazilmagan.
Xulosa. Lp(a) tarqalishini, uning QD2, semirish va LPA geni variantlari bilan bog‘liqligini etnik o‘zbeklarda kompleks o‘rganish yuqori ilmiy yangilik va amaliy ahamiyatga ega bo‘lib, qoldiq aterogen xavfni baholashning mahalliy yondashuvlarini ishlab chiqish uchun muhimdir
