TORCH-инфекции остаются одной из ключевых проблем перинатальной медицины, определяя высокий риск врожденной патологии, перинатальной смертности и инвалидизации детей. В последние годы отмечаются изменения эпидемиологии, диагностических подходов и клинического течения данных инфекций. Особое внимание уделяется цитомегаловирусной инфекции (ЦМВИ) как наиболее распространенной врожденной инфекции. В обзоре рассмотрены современные особенности распространенности, патогенеза, диагностики и профилактики TORCH-инфекций с акцентом на новые научные данные
