ИШЕМИК ИНСУЛЬТДА ЙЎҒОН ИЧАКНИНГ МОРФОМЕТРИК КЎРСАТИЧЛАРИ АСОСИДА БАХОЛАШ МЕЗОНЛАРИ

БМЁҚАЎБ да йўғон ичак морфофункционал бузилишида нейроспецифик омилларни таъсириида ичаклар шиллиқ қаватида юзага келадиган ўзгаришларни морфометрик кўрсаткичларини аниқлашда, олдиндан тайёрланган микронамуналарни NanoZummer гистосканерида расмга олиб 32000 мкм2, 64000мкм2, 96000 мкм2, 128000мкм2 бир кўриш майдонидаги ўлчаиларни ўртача кўрсаткичи аниқланди. Унга кўра хар бир холатдан 2,5-5,0 мкм интервалда 10 та дан кам бўлмаган микронамуналар тиайёрланиб гистосканерда ўртача катталиклари аниқланди. Кейин ушбу 6 та холатда тайёрланган жами 60 та микронамуналарда ўрганилаётган хужайра ва бошқа компонентларини ўртача каттлаиклари олинди. Микронамунадаги текшири-лаётган сохалар аниқ бир мкм2 майдонда эгаллаган улуши ва ўлчамлари бўйича маълумотлар олинди ва махсус QuPath-0.5.0 (console)+ ImageJ PRO© дастурланган тизимbда қайта ишланди. Ушбу дастурда инсон омилисиз суъний интеллект бошқарувида амалга оширилди.
