Abstract

Magnit kompression anastomoz (MKA) qarama-qarshi joylashtirilgan magnitlar orasidagi boshqariladigan bosim yordamida bo'shliq a'zolari o'rtasida chok va steplersiz yangi yo'l hosil qilishga asoslangan. Usul refrakter biliar obstruksiya, ovqat hazm qilish yo'li stenozi va murakkab anatomiyada minimal invaziv muqobil sifatida rivojlanmoqda. Biroq klinik dalillar kichik kohortlar va turli qurilmalardan iborat bo'lib, O'zbekistonda uning tartibga solingan klinik qo'llanilishi hali shakllanmagan.
