АССОЦИАЦИЯ ПОЛИМОРФИЗМА ГЕНА TGF-β1 С ПОКАЗАТЕЛЯМИ ВНУТРИПОЧЕЧНОЙ ГЕМОДИНАМИКИ ПРИ III И V СТАДИЯХ ХРОНИЧЕСКОЙ БОЛЕЗНИ ПОЧЕК

Mazkur tadqiqotning maqsadi surunkali buyrak kasalligining (SBK) III va V bosqichlaridagi bemorlarda TGF-β1 geni polimorfizmining uchrash chastotasi va uning buyrak ichi gemodinamikasi ko‘rsatkichlari bilan o‘zaro bog‘liqligini baholashdan iborat. Tadqiqot obyekti sifatida SBKning III va V bosqichlari bilan kasallangan 126 nafar bemor hamda sog‘lom ko‘ngillilar guruhi olindi. TGF-β1 geni polimorfizmi PZR-RFLP usuli yordamida aniqlandi. Barcha tekshiriluvchilarda buyrak tomirlarining ultratovush dopplerografiyasi o‘tkazilib, buyrak ichi qon oqimining tezlik va indeks ko‘rsatkichlari baholandi. SBK bilan kasallangan bemorlarda buyrak ichi gemodinamikasining ishonchli o‘zgarishlari aniqlanib, ular maksimal sistolik va yakuniy diastolik qon oqimi tezligining pasayishi hamda tomir qarshiligi indekslarining oshishi bilan tavsiflandi. Mutant T allelini tashuvchi bemorlarda, ayniqsa SBKning V bosqichidagi bemorlarda, gemodinamik buzilishlar yanada yaqqol kuzatildi. TGF-β1 genotiplari bilan dopplerografik ko‘rsatkichlar o‘rtasida statistik jihatdan ahamiyatli korrelyatsion bog‘liqliklar aniqlandi. Olingan natijalar TGF-β1 polimorfizmi buyrak fibrozining rivojlanishi va buyrak ichi perfuziyasining buzilishida muhim rol o’ynashini tasdiqlaydi.
