Аннотация

Mazkur maqolada ogʻiz bo‘shlig‘i mikrobiotasining tarkibi, biologik xususiyatlari hamda uning og‘iz bo‘shlig‘i kasalliklari rivojlanishidagi o‘rni o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot davomida sog‘lom shaxslar va kariyes hamda periodontal kasalliklarga chalingan bemorlarning og‘iz mikrobiotasi taqqoslandi. Klinik, mikrobiologik va statistik tahlillar asosida foydali kommensal mikroorganizmlar sog‘lom shaxslarda ustunligi, kasallik mavjud bo‘lgan holatlarda esa Streptococcus mutans, Porphyromonas gingivalis, Fusobacterium nucleatum va Prevotella intermedia kabi patogen bakteriyalar sonining sezilarli ortishi aniqlandi. Patogen mikroorganizmlar miqdori bilan kariyes intensivligi va periodontal kasalliklar ko‘rsatkichlari o‘rtasida statistik jihatdan ishonchli bog‘liqlik kuzatildi. Tadqiqot natijalari og‘iz bo‘shlig‘i mikrobiotasini saqlash va uning muvozanatini tiklash stomatologik kasalliklarning oldini olish hamda umumiy salomatlikni mustahkamlashda muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanligini ko‘rsatdi.
