Аннотация

Maqolada OIV-infeksiyali bemorlar va amaliy sog’lomlar ichak mikrobiomi o’rtasida taqqoslovchi meta tahlil o’tkazilib, ichak mikroflorasining tuzilma va funksional xususiyatlari o’rganilgan. OIV-infeksiyali bemorlarda immunodefitsit va antiretrovirus terapiya ta’siri bilan bog’liq holda mikrobiom tarkibida sezilarli o’zgarishlar qayd etilgan. Bu o’zgarishlar dominant bakteriyalar (bifidobakteriyalar, laktobakteriyalar) funksional faolligining pasayishi hamda shartli-patogen mikroorganizmlar (jumladan, Enterobacteriaceae oilasi va Candida zamburug’lari) sonining ortishi bilan namoyon bo’ladi. OIV-infeksiyali bemorlarda mikrobiologik muvozanat disbioz tomonga siljishi aniqlangan bo’lib, bu yallig’lanish jarayonlarining kuchayishiga olib keladi va probiotik hamda prebiotiklardan foydalangan holda kompleks mikrobiokorreksiyani talab etadi. Tadqiqot OIV-infeksiyali bemorlarda immun gomeostazini saqlash va hayot sifatini yaxshilash uchun o’z vaqtida monitoring va qo’llab-quvvatlovchi terapiya muhimligini ta’kidlaydi.
