LYAMBLIOZNING ZAMONAVIY EPIDEMIOLOGIK XUSUSIYATLARI VA PATOGENEZIDA ICHAK MIKROBIOTASINING ROLI

Аннотация

Ushbu maqola lyambliozning klinik kechishi, epidemiologiyasi, patogenezi va zamonaviy diagnostik yondashuvlarini yoritishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotda kasallikning ko‘pincha uzoq vaqt davomida simptomsiz yoki kam ifodalangan klinik belgilar bilan kechishi, bu esa uning kech aniqlanishiga olib kelishi ta’kidlangan. Katta yoshdagi bemorlarda lyamblioz ko‘pincha boshqa gastrointestinal kasalliklar, jumladan o‘t yo‘llari diskineziyasi va surunkali enterit bilan adashib ketadi. Bolalarda esa kasallik ko‘proq uchrab, nisbatan og‘ir klinik kechish va qaytalanuvchi gastrointestinal buzilishlar bilan xarakterlanadi. Maqolada immunologik, serologik va molekulyar diagnostika usullarining sezgirlik va spetsifiklik darajasi tahlil qilingan. PCR va immunologik testlar yuqori aniqlikka ega bo‘lsa-da, serologik usullarning ayrim cheklovlari, xususan antitanalarning doim ham aniqlanmasligi qayd etilgan. Shuningdek, kasallikning erta bosqichda aniqlanishi uchun laborator diagnostika imkoniyatlarini kengaytirish zarurligi ko‘rsatilgan. Maqola yakunida lyambliozning diagnostik muammolarini bartaraf etish, zamonaviy, tezkor va arzon usullarni ishlab chiqish hamda klinik amaliyotga joriy etish muhim ilmiy-amaliy vazifa sifatida belgilangan.
