Abstract

Актуальность. Аномальные маточные кровотечения овуляторной дисфункции (АМК-О) являются одной из наиболее распространённых причин нарушения репродуктивного здоровья женщин. Особый интерес представляет изучение иммуновоспалительных и ангиогенных механизмов АМК-О у пациенток с признаками недифференцированной дисплазии соединительной ткани (НДСТ).
Цель исследования — изучить особенности цитокинового профиля и факторов ангиогенеза у женщин с АМК-О на фоне НДСТ.
Материалы и методы. Обследованы женщины репродуктивного возраста с АМК-О и признаками НДСТ, пациентки с АМК-О на фоне СПКЯ и здоровые женщины. Определяли уровни IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α, VEGF-A и TGF-β1 методом ИФА.
Результаты. У пациенток с АМК-О и НДСТ выявлено повышение уровней IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α и VEGF-A, а также снижение TGF-β1 по сравнению с контрольной группой, что свидетельствует о выраженных воспалительных и ангиогенных нарушениях.
Заключение. Полученные данные подтверждают роль иммуновоспалительных механизмов и нарушений ангиогенеза в патогенезе АМК-О у женщин с НДСТ и обосновывают необходимость персонализированного подхода к диагностике и лечению.
