Abstract

Tajribaviy qandli diabet chaqirilgan kalamushlarga  surunkali  pestitsidlar taʼsirida 9 oylikda yuzaga keladigan dinamikadagi morfologik oʻzgarishlarni oʻrganishdan iboratdir. Dastlabki 3oylik muddatda qandli diabetda  pestitsidni qabul qilgan kalamushlarni dekapitatsiya qilingandan keyin oshqozon osti bezi oʻrganildi. Oshqozon osti bezining qandli diabetda pestitsidlar taʼsirida taʼsirida 3 oy muddatdagi javob reaksiyasi  asosan, oʻtkir shikastlanish koʻrinishida namoyon boʻlib, oshqozon osti bezi kapsulasi nisbatan qalinlashgan, yuzasi notekis,  qon tomirlarida toʻlaqonlik belgilari aniqlandi.
