JIGAR DISFUNKTSIYASIDA MARKAZIY NERV TIZIMI ORQALI SPERMATOGENEZ REGULYATSIYASINING BUZILISHI: NEYROENDOKRIN VA MOLEKULYAR MEXANIZMLAR

Jigar disfunktsiyasi erkak reproduktiv salomatligiga faqat periferik metabolik yoki gormonal yo‘llar orqali emas, balki markaziy nerv tizimi, gipotalamo-gipofizar-gonadal o‘q, yallig‘lanish mediatorlari va moyak to‘qimasidagi molekulyar signal yo‘llari o‘rtasidagi murakkab o‘zaro ta’sir orqali ham sezilarli zarar yetkazadi. PubMed, PMC, WHO va yetakchi endokrinologik hamda gepatologik manbalardagi 1976–2025 yillarga oid klinik, eksperimental va sharh turidagi ishlanmalar sintez qilindi. Natijalar jigar-miya o‘qi orqali ammiakning to‘planishi, mikroglial faollashuv, TNF-α, IL-1β va IL-6 kabi sitokinlarning ortishi, kisspeptin/GnRH signalizatsiyasining susayishi, LH va FSH sekretsiyasining nomuvofiqlashuvi, SHBG ortishi, androgenlarning estrogenlarga periferik aylanishi, IGF-1 biofaolligining pasayishi hamda qon-testis bareri yaxlitligining buzilishi spermatogen epiteliy uchun asosiy patogen bo‘g‘inlar ekanini ko‘rsatdi. Klinika darajasida testosteron tanqisligi, jinsiy disfunktsiya, moyak atrofiyasi, kamaygan spermatogenez va peritubulyar fibroz tez-tez uchraydi. Shu bilan birga, ayrim markaziy mexanizmlar bo‘yicha to‘g‘ridan to‘g‘ri insoniy dalillar hanuz cheklangan bo‘lib, mavjud xulosalarning bir qismi konvergent eksperimental va klinik kuzatuvlardan inferensiya sifatida olinadi.
