Abstract

Mazkur tadqiqot moyak saratoni rivojlanishi jarayonida Sertoli hujayralarida yuzaga keladigan morfofunksional o‘zgarishlarni o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Sertoli hujayralari spermatogenez jarayonini qo‘llab-quvvatlovchi va moyakning mikromuhitini tartibga soluvchi muhim komponent hisoblanadi. Ularning tuzilishi va funksional holatidagi o‘zgarishlar erkak reproduktiv tizimining buzilishiga olib keluvchi asosiy omillardan biridir. Tadqiqot davomida moyak to‘qimalarining gistologik va morfometrik tahlili asosida Sertoli hujayralarining strukturaviy reorganizatsiyasi, yadro va sitoplazma nisbatining o‘zgarishi, hujayraaro aloqalarning buzilishi hamda sekretor faoliyatdagi siljishlar aniqlandi. Shuningdek, o‘sma jarayonining rivojlanishi bilan bog‘liq ravishda Sertoli hujayralarida degenerativ va proliferativ jarayonlarning birgalikda kechishi kuzatildi. Olingan natijalar Sertoli hujayralarining moyak saratonidagi roli faqat qo‘llab-quvvatlovchi emas, balki patogenetik jarayonlarda faol ishtirok etuvchi element ekanligini ko‘rsatadi. Tadqiqot natijalari moyak saratoni patogenezini chuqurroq tushunish va yangi diagnostik hamda terapevtik yondashuvlarni ishlab chiqishda muhim ilmiy asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi
