YUQORI YOG‘LI RATSION VA SEFTRIAKSON ANTIBIOTIGINING QO‘SHMA TA’SIRIDA GEPATOTSITLAR SITOLIZI FERMENTLARI FAOLLIGI O‘ZGARISHLARINING PATOFIZIOLOGIK ASOSLARI

Tadqiqotda yuqori yog‘li ratsion va seftriaksonni bir vaqtda qo‘llash gepatotsitlar sitolizi bilan bog‘liq biokimyoviy ko‘rsatkichlarga qanday ta’sir qilishi baholandi. Tajribaga 160 ta oq zotsiz erkak kalamush jalb qilinib, ular to‘rtta guruhga ajratildi: yuqori yog‘li ratsion va seftriakson birgalikda qo‘llangan guruh, faqat yuqori yog‘li ratsion olgan guruh, oddiy ratsiondagi nazorat guruhi hamda oddiy ratsion fonida seftriakson olgan guruh. Seftriakson tajribaning 10-kunidan boshlab 10 kun davomida yuborildi. Qon zardobida alaninaminotransferaza (ALT), aspartataminotransferaza (AST) va laktatdegidrogenaza (LDG) faolligi aniqlandi, De Ritis koeffitsiyenti hamda qo‘shma ta’sirni baholash uchun potensiatsiya koeffitsiyenti hisoblandi. Yuqori yog‘li ratsion va seftriakson birgalikda qo‘llangan guruhda ALT nazoratga nisbatan 2,27, AST 1,83, LDG esa 23,24 barobar oshdi. Faqat yuqori yog‘li ratsion olgan hayvonlarda mos ko‘rsatkichlar 1,75; 1,44 va 13,14 barobarni tashkil etdi. Oddiy ratsion fonida seftriaksonning o‘zi LDG faolligini 5,42 barobar oshirdi. Potensiatsiya koeffitsiyenti ALT uchun 1,19, AST uchun 1,28 va LDG uchun 1,34 bo‘ldi. Natijalar yuqori yog‘li ratsion fonida seftriakson qo‘shilishi fermentativ siljishlarni kuchaytirishini, ayniqsa LDG o‘zgarishi yaqqol ekanini ko‘rsatdi. Ushbu ma’lumotlar metabolik xavf mavjud sharoitda antibakterial davolash vaqtida jigar fermentlarini dinamik nazorat qilish zarurligini asoslaydi.
