СРАВНИТЕЛЬНАЯ ОЦЕНКА ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ АНТИБИОТИКОТЕРАПИИ И СТАНДАРТИЗИРОВАННОЙ ФИТОТЕРАПИИ У ЖЕНЩИН С ОСТРЫМ НЕОСЛОЖНЁННЫМ ЦИСТИТОМ

Abstract

Цель исследования — сравнить клиническую и лабораторную эффективность антибиотикотерапии и стандартизированной фитотерапии у женщин с острым неосложнённым циститом. В сравнительное исследование включены 120 пациенток в возрасте 18–65 лет. В I группе (n=60) применяли фосфомицина трометамол 3 г однократно, во II группе (n=60) — стандартизированный фитопрепарат BNO 1045 по 2 таблетки 3 раза в сутки в течение 7 дней. Симптомы оценивали по шкале Acute Cystitis Symptom Score до лечения, на 3-и, 7-е и 30-е сутки. К 7-м суткам клиническое выздоровление отмечено у 90,0% пациенток I группы и у 80,0% II группы (p=0,125). Снижение балла ACSS происходило в обеих группах, однако на 3-и сутки было более выраженным при антибиотикотерапии (5,1±2,2 против 6,3±2,5 балла; p=0,006). Микробиологическая эрадикация достигнута соответственно в 86,5 и 68,6% случаев (p=0,029). Дополнительный антибиотик потребовался 6,7 и 20,0% пациенток (p=0,032).
