Цель. Обобщить данные об эффективности химиолучевой терапии (ХЛТ) при раке пищевода и определить её место в неоадъювантном, самостоятельном радикальном и адаптивном мультимодальном лечении.
Материалы и методы. Выполнен систематизированный аналитический обзор 130 полнотекстовых публикаций с качественным сравнительным синтезом данных по OS, DFS/PFS, cCR/pCR, R0-резекциям, рецидивам, токсичности и завершённости лечения.
