Mazkur maqolada bolalarda reanimatsion tadbirlar o‘tkazilgandan keyingi davrda shakllanishi mumkin bo‘lgan patomorfologik o‘zgarishlarning rivojlanish mexanizmlari va morfologik xususiyatlari yoritilgan. Reanimatsiya vaqtida yuzaga keladigan gipoksiya va ishemiya, shuningdek, qon aylanishining qayta tiklanishi bilan bog‘liq reperfuzion jarayonlar hujayra va to‘qimalarda ikkilamchi shikastlanishlarni yuzaga keltirishi mumkin. Tadqiqot doirasida markaziy asab tizimi, yurak, o‘pka, jigar va buyraklarda kuzatiladigan strukturaviy o‘zgarishlarning umumiy patomorfologik jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Hujayra shishi, degenerativ-distrofik jarayonlar, mikrosirkulyatsiya buzilishlari, tomirlar dimlanishi va og‘ir holatlarda nekrotik o‘zgarishlarning shakllanishiga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Shuningdek, reanimatsiyadan keyingi davrda oksidlovchi stress va reperfuziya shikastlanishining to‘qima tuzilishiga ta’siri ko‘rib chiqilgan. Bolalar organizmining yoshga bog‘liq morfofunksional xususiyatlarini hisobga olgan holda ushbu o‘zgarishlarni baholash postreanimatsion asoratlarning patogenezini tushunish, organlar zararlanish darajasini aniqlash va klinik kuzatuv samaradorligini oshirish uchun muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
