Abstract

Mazkur maqolada tug‘ruqdan keyingi davrda tos tubi disfunksiyasining rivojlanish mexanizmlari, uning ayollar salomatligiga ta’siri hamda ginekologik va proktologik asoratlari yoritilgan. Tug‘ruq jarayonida tos tubi mushaklari, fastsial tuzilmalar va nerv-mushak apparatida yuzaga keladigan shikastlanishlar siydik tutolmaslik, tos a’zolari prolapsi, jinsiy disfunksiya, anal inkontinensiya hamda defekatsiya buzilishlari rivojlanishining muhim omillari sifatida ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, tug‘ruq bilan bog‘liq xavf omillari, tos tubi disfunksiyasining klinik ko‘rinishlari, erta tashxislash va kompleks reabilitatsiya yondashuvlarining ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Maqolada ginekologik va proktologik asoratlarni o‘zaro bog‘liq holda baholash, multidisiplinar yondashuvni qo‘llash hamda tug‘ruqdan keyingi davrda ayollarning hayot sifatini yaxshilash masalalariga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Shuningdek, tos tubi disfunksiyasining oldini olishda antenatal tayyorgarlik, tug‘ruqdan keyingi skrining va individual reabilitatsiya dasturlarining o‘rni muhokama qilingan. Mazkur muammolarni erta aniqlash va o‘z vaqtida korreksiya qilish surunkali funksional buzilishlar xavfini kamaytirish hamda ayollarning uzoq muddatli salomatligini saqlashda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
